Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the Schedule of Election filed by the 5th respondent as Election Notification (No.1/Election/IRCS/2026) dated 05.02.2026 on 10.02.2026 before this Hon'ble Court and quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to conduct election on 15.03.2026 as notified by the 5th respondent with the eligible 38 elected district representatives of Indian Red Cross Society Tamil Nadu Branch.
