This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the case in Cr.No.502 of 2015 from VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, to some other court in and around Thiruvallur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

4. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court. No costs.
