2.The petitioner claims that he is doing agricultural operations in a small extent of land and raising paddy, rice and sugarcane etc. He availed loan from the second respondent and subsequently approached them for waiver of interest. The third respondent has also filed a suit in Arbitration No.379/98-99 and it was ordered by the first respondent under section 90 of the Co-Operative Societies Act granting decree to the petitioner as prayed for waiving of interest and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 16.04.2015 to the respondents and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Yokesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2015 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
