For Appellant : Ms.S.Pavithrapraba J U D G E M E N T The appellant is before this Court aggrieved over the award of Rs.1,13,640/- for the injuries sustained by him in the accident occurred on 6.10.2008. Aggrieved over the same award, the Transport Corporation already filed CMA.No.2610 of 2014 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 18.11.2014 confirming the award. 2.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 18.11.2014, this appeal is also dismissed. No costs.
