PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the Third Respondent resulting in the Order Na.Ka.No.4710/1/2013 dated 17.03.2015 and quash the same and direct the 3rd Respondent not to give effect to any decision taken by the 4th respondent as head of the School Committee.

O R D E R

The order dated 17.03.2015, passed by this 3rd respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The 3rd respondent, District Educational Officer, Government Girls Higher Secondary School Campus during the pendency of the writ petition issued a revised order in proceedings dated 24.08.2019, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. As per the said proceeding of the District Educational Officer, a committee has been appointed for the purpose of running schools.

3. In view of the subsequent developments and pursuant to the orders passed by the District Educational Officer in proceeding dated 24.08.2019, no further adjudication is required. However, if any grievance exist to the petitioner, it is left open to him to approach competent authorities for redressal of the same. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
