Nagar, R.S.No.11605/2, measuring an extent of 1 ground 996 sq.ft., based on any fraudulent creation of sale deed etc.

O R D E R

The writ petitioners were constrained to move the present writ petition in view of the fact that some third persons were paid the property tax in respect of the property belongs to the writ petitioner.

2. However, after filing a complaint the said problem was resolved and thereafter, the writ petitioners started paying the property tax punctually. The learned counsel for the respondents also states that, there is no arrears of property tax to be paid in respect of the writ petitioners premises and therefore no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
