When the petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel for 1st respondent submitted that the entire amount has been paid, however,

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the difference in Dearness Allowance has not been paid.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, it is made clear that if any such differential amount is paid, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appropriate application and if any such application is filed, the respondents shall consider the same. With this direction, the Contempt Petition stands closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
