A.No.1500 of 2024 in TOS.No.29 of 2011 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 207 days in filing the Affidavit of Documents by the defendants in TOS.No.29 of 2011.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit and in view of the respondent has no serious objection, this application is ordered.

3.The matter in TOS.No.29 of 2011 is referred back to the Additional Master IV on 15.04.2024 for continuation of trial.
