Heard Mr. K.Sivasubramanian, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to repost the Petitioner as Junior Assistant in the same place and pay arrears of salary and other emoluments due to him.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 595/A1/2023 dated 12.04.2023 from the Eight Respondent stating that the Petitioner has joined duty in the said post on that day. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner, if he has any further grievance to workout his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has also made endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
