Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition, viz., the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 03.02.2022 passed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.2654 of 2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN ANBUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2654 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
