in willfully and deliberately disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.17964 of 2013 dated 18.08.2023.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17964 of 2013, thereby directing the respondents to correct the backlog vacancies in Annexure - III D-18 as GT-G-1, MBC-G-1 and SCAW1 and consider the petitioner under General Category in General Turn and General Category in MBC for faculty in Tourism and Travel Management, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17964 of 2013, the respondents filed writ appeal before this Court in W.P.No.2818 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay for a period of eight weeks. 3.

Recording the said submission, at present this Contempt

Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
