ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.17682 of 2017, dated 20.02.2023 has been compiled with by the respondent.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
