O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first, second and third respondents .

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 18.07.2014 given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 03.03.2015. A copy of the closure report has been submitted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
