When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent informed the court that the order of this court dated 01.08.2023 made in W.P. No.22652 of 2023 has been complied with. In support of his submission, he has circulated a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 25.03.2024, to show that the order has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
