ORDER

The interim arrangement of Visitation rights shall continue till the disposal of the Original Petition. Since the pleadings have been completed, the matter is relegated to the learned Additional Master-II for recording of evidence.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is a possibility of Settlement. However, the learned counsel for the respondent would seek time to get instructions from the respondent in that regard.

3. List the matter before the learned Additional Master-II on

04.03.2025. In the meanwhile, if the parties arrive at a settlement or consensus for reaching the settlement, the learned counsels are at liberty to make a mention before this Court.

4. The visitation rights as consented by the parties and recorded by the Court in its earlier proceedings dated 09.09.2024 is directed to continue till the disposal of the Original Petitions.

5. The parties are directed to co-operate for disposal of the Original Petition at the earliest.

6. Accordingly, the applications in A.Nos.1928, 1930 & 4261 of 2024 in O.P.No.206 of 2024 are closed. No costs.
