Respondents in Both WPs Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and appoint the petitioner to the post of Junior Executive Trainee HR (P & A) w.e.f. 01.10.2002 on par with Mr.Vikas Mishra, who have been given such appointment with other benefits as per the judgment of Hon'ble High Court Madhya Pradesh dated 11.08.2016 in W.P.No.14483 of 2008 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.N.S.Nandakumar in Both WPs For Respondents: Mr.R.Parthiban in Both WPs COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well as the respondents made a submission that the General Manager, Airports Authority of India issue an order in proceedings dated 17.07.2018 redressing the grievances of the writ petitioners. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
