ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 380 and 457 of IPC in Crime No.36 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that there are three accused involved in the theft of Air Conditioner indoor units and the petitioners were arrayed as A2 and A3. One of the accused was arrested and recovered 9 Air Conditioner indoor units from him and two more units will have to be recovered. These petitioners are absconding and unless the petitioners are secured, the stolen property could not be recovered.

3. Considering the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
