This Application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff to condone the delay of 52 days in filing application to restore the suit in C.S.No.221 of 2021 which was dismissed for defalut on 12.12.2023.

2.There is no objection on the side of the respondent / defendant for allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay is condoned. This application is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the application if it is otherwise in order and post the same for consideration on 06.11.2025.
