When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the petitioner is no more. Since, this writ petition has been filed seeking compassionate appointment and the petitioner is no more, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this writ petition and the matter has become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
