These applications have been filed to declare Ms.A.Infant Jessia born on 17.06.1995 as a major to enable her to claim the amounts due and payable and available in deposit in the Original Petition and to discharge the applicant/petitioner from the guardianship of Ms.A.Infant Jessia.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 3.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the applications would show that Ms.A.Infant Jessia, born on 17.06.1995 has become major. Therefore, Ms.A.Infant Jessia is declared as major. The guardian viz., the petitioner in the Original Petition is discharged from the guardianship of Ms.A.Infant Jessia. Both the applications are ordered accordingly.
