This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the order of this http://www.judis.nic.in Court dated 04.06.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.12703 of 2018 has not been complied with.

2. On 16.09.2020, this Court passed the following order : "2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the F.I.R., this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation as prayed for, by the petitioner. However, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, E-4 Abiramapuram Police Station to monitor the investigation in Crime No.295 of 2017 and complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or a charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

3. This Writ Petition is closed, with the above direction."

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.295 of 2017 was completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.1607 of 2020 before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
