This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 22.01.2021 within a time limit regard of issue a revised order to appoint in the post of Mechanic, Grade -I from the date of our initial appointment and fixation of pay applicable to the post of Mechanic, Grade -I and consequential benefits. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners' representation was considered and orders also passed.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
