By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be Dharmakartha of Anaikattu Sri Porukodeyamman Koil and intends to conduct festival at Vellankadu village and post, Anaikattu via and taluk, Vellore district on 14.05.2015 in a grand manner and during the course of celebration, wants to conduct a song and dance programme and in this regard submitted an application/ representation dated 23.04.2015 and since it has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that while conducting the festival and dance and song programme there will not be any law and order problem or vulgarity or obscenity and prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Lakshmikanthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondent.

5.This Court without going into the merits of the representation directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and communicate the decision to the petitioner on or before 12.05.2015.
