This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 15.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 15.06.2015 to the first respondent Police and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
