ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.159 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been arrested on 17.03.2021.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
