JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appellant had filed a writ petition seeking direction to decide his representation. The said writ petition is filed in the year 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the year 2017 and 2018, orders have already been passed by the Tahsildar.

3. In that event, the grievance of the appellant did not subsist on the day the order was passed by the learned Single Judge. In fact, the grievance of the appellant itself did not survive. The appellant ought not to have proceeded with the writ petition in that

regard.

4. More over, the learned Single Judge has not passed any order on the merits of the matter. Only relief sought was a direction to decide the representation. The learned Single Judge has refused to pass order directing to decide the representation. If the representation was already decided, the prayer of the appellant itself stood served.

5. In the light of the above, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
