C.M.P.No.6335 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.30159 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Second Appeal against the judgment and decree of the learned Sub-Judge, Chengam passed in A.S.No.10 of 2021 reversing the judgment of the learned Principal District Munsiff-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Chengam in O.S.No.117 of 2008.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed. The delay of 32 days in filing the second appeal is hereby condoned.

3.The Registry is required to number the S.A.SR.No.30159 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
