Prayer: The Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act 1971, to take necessary action against the respondent for disobeying the order passed in Writ Petition No.25884 of 2016 by this Hon'ble Court passed on 29.08.2016, inspite of the same the petitioner is constrained to file this contempt petition against the respondent for the act of disobedience of the order passed and pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to deal with the respondents according to law.
