PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's Application dated 20.02.2023 for the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) enabling the petitioner company to carry on legitimate business through a Spa\Salon\Cross Massage Beauty Parlour namely, Ayana Wellness Spa & Salon at Door No.1/3-3, eveready Complex, Dharapuram Road, Tiruppur - 641 608, without any hindrance by the respondents or other authorities and pass any other order as this Court deems fit and proper

and thus render justice.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's Application dated 20.02.2023 for the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) enabling the petitioner company to carry on legitimate business through a Spa\Salon\Cross Massage Beauty Parlour namely, Ayana Wellness Spa & Salon at Door No.1/3-3, eveready Complex, Dharapuram Road, Tiruppur - 641 608, without any hindrance by the respondents or other authorities 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2023 is available with the respondent. He further submitted that appropriate orders would be passed soon.

3.In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
