1. This WMP is filed to amend the prayer in WP.No.12834 of 2020, as "It is therefore prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ, more particularly, writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to issue sale certificate in favour of the Petitioner and consequently to direct the Respondents to register the same in favour of the Petitioner as the Petitioner had remitted the balance amount 75% @ Rs.18,08,523.60/- towards the e-auction as per the letter dated 18.10.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice"

instead of "It is therefore prayed that this Honourable Court may pleased to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly, writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to refund the amount a sum of Rs.6,01,476/- to the Petitioner along with interest forthwith and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Considering the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of this WMP, this Court finds justification for amendment.

Accordingly, this WMP is allowed, as prayed for.
