[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 78 days and 53 days respectively in filing the above appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.M.Muthappan takes notice for the respondent and he has no serious objection in allowing the petitions.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeals and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
