This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 14.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20956 of 2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on completion of investigation Referred Charge Sheet in RCS No.3 of 2024 has been filed before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. A copy of the same also furnished before this Court. The RCS notice was also served on the petitioner on 31.05.2024.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
