This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2202 of 2025 order dated 30-01-2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.2202 of 2025 dated 30-01-2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all Saturdays at 10.30 am., until further orders.
