PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records and quash the F.I.R in Crime No.07 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021, on the file of the 1st Respondent/Complainant against the Petitioners/Accused A2 and A3. For Petitioners : Mr.V.Ramanareddy For R1 : Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Criminal side)

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records and to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.07 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021, on the file of the 1st Respondent/Complainant against the Petitioners/Accused A2 and A3.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report is ready and the final report has to be filed before the concerned Court in due course. The First Information Report was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 494, 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Now the offences under SC/ST Act is also included in the FIR.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation has been completed and the final report is ready, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.07 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021. Accordingly, this Criminal Original

Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
