ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.17998 of 2023, dated 31.10.2023, the respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.1425 of 2024 and by an order dated 08.07.2024, the statutory notice issued on 14.06.2024 was ordered to be kept in abeyance by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. When the Hon'ble Division Bench has already taken cognizance of the matter in the appeal, it would not be appropriate to parallely adjudicate the present Contempt Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
