ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2014 vide CSR.No.476/2014 dated 19.09.2014 and investigate the same within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.476 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.476 of 2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
