This is an application seeking extension of time to pay Court fee before the District Court, Tiruvallur, as directed by this Court, vide order dated 02.02.2017, made in A.No.6865 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In the light of the above submission and in view of the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, time for payment of Court fee before the District Court, Tiruvallur, is extended by four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. This application is ordered accordingly. 08.06.2017 msk
