ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 23.01.2021, filed to rectify the error in the patta and to issue a separate patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 and 2, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.00 p.m, on 08.06.2021 in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur / first respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the same through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 08.06.2021.
