ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the charge sheet filed in Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2022 on the file of the Mahila Fast Track Court, Thiruvallur, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 9(m), 9(n) and 10 Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the trial has already commenced in Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2022 on the file of the Mahila Fast Track Court, Thiruvallur.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
