The order impugned is an order of termination, terminating the contract for manning the vehicle parking stand at Taramani Railway Station. The period of contract was expired https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

long back and the petitioner is not operating the abovesaid Vehicle Parking Stand. Thus, no further adjudication on merits is required in the present writ petition.

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has furnished the Bank Guarantee and if so, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an application before the Competent Authorities of the Southern Railway, who in turn shall consider the same as per the terms and conditions.
