ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein, to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2012 made in respect of the 1st respondent's report in Na.Ka.No.1690/2012/A3 dated 01.08.2013 within a time specified by this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, an order has already been passed by the 1st respondent, viz., The District Collector, Coimbatore in the year 2016 itself and a copy of the said order is also placed before this Court. 2/4

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
