Advocate (Crl.side) C O M M O N O R D E R Petition for modification of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1950 of 2015 dated 17.06.2015 and in C.M.P.Nos.1301, 1302 and 1299 of 2015, on 6.5.2015 by the learned Judicial MagistrateII, Chengalpattu.
2. On 17.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1950 of 2015 and on 6.5.2015 in C.M.P.Nos.1301, 1302 and 1299 of 2015, respectively, the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chengalpet, while granting bail to this petitioner has imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each for a similar sum, out of which, one surety shall be of his nearest blood relative and another one shall be a normal surety and on further condition that the petitioner should produce his residential proof certificate obtained from the concerned Tahsildar .

The learned counsel for the petitioner in all Crl.O.Ps., submitted that except his aged mother, the petitioner has no other relative and because of the onerous condition imposed by the Court below, he is unable to come out of jail. Hence he prays for modification of condition in respect of the above said condition. He further submitted that he is ready to furnish two common Government sureties in all the C.M.Ps.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side). 5.Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chengalpattu in C.M.P.No.1950 of 2015 dated 17.06.2015 and in C.M.P.Nos.1301, 1302 and 1299 of 2015, dated 6.5.2015 respectively, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum, out of which, one surety shall be his nearest blood relative and another one shall be a normal surety is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two common Government Sureties in all the petitions. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed in all C.M.Ps., shall remain unaltered.
