ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings No. Na. Ka. No.1923/ 2015/ A2, dated 06.06.2016 and quash the same.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
