This Petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3076 of 2025 by dated 10-02-2025.

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.3076 of 2025 by dated 10-02-2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
