By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that he is in possession of Door No.2/70, Bodipatti, Udumalaipet, Tiruppur District and he submitted an application/ representation to the respondent on 10.02.2015 for getting electricity service connection and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.307/2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet against his rival claimant and obtained injunction restraining the rival claimant from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and since he is in lawful possession applied for the basic amenity of electricity service connection and prayed for appropriate orders. 4.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Raameshwar, learned Standing Counsel who accepts notice for the respondent.

5.This Court without going into the merits of the contentions put forth by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice to the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
