This petition is filed to condone the delay of 391 days in filing the writ appeal.

2.Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned State Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
