A.No.4597 of 2016 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J This is an application filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.13,80,967/-.

2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents on 12.9.2016. Even after service of notice, they did not enter appearance. Therefore, on 25.10.2016, this Court directed the respondents to furnish security to the extent of the claim made in this application within a period of three weeks. So far, security has not been furnished. The names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for them.

3. Therefore, there will be an order of attachment.
