This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the Karunya Institute of Technology and Science, Coimbatore-641 114 as fourth respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.P.Ebenezer Paul, learned counsel taking notice on behalf of the proposed fourth respondent, states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
