Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.3377/2019/V1 dated 05.02.2021 and quash the same in so far as it transfers the 3rd respondent as Secretary of the petitioner society and consequently forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from posting any one as Secretary of the petitioner society other than from the Tiruppur circle taking into consideration the request of the petitioner society as envisaged in Rule 18 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the Tamil Nadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Common Cadre Service Rules, 2019.
