O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21391 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the

investigation in Crime No.213 of 2022 and file final report within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, now the respondent completed the enquiry and the charge sheet also made ready and yet to file the same before the concerned Court.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, forthwith. 4.
